A batch of new posts in the field of health will be created

A number of new posts in the field of health will be created, and these services will be launched nationwide. On August 26, five ministries, including the State Health and Health Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, jointly issued the Notice on Strengthening the Training and Standardized Management of Medical Nurses (hereinafter referred to as the Notice).
Notice pointed out that in order to fully implement the strategy of healthy China and implement the "Several Opinions on Promoting the Development of Health Services Industry" and "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Reform and Development of Nursing Services Industry", increase the supply of human resources in nursing services Jobs to continuously meet the diverse and differentiated health service needs of the people will strengthen the training of medical nurses and standardize the management of related work. On the same day, the three ministries and commissions of the State Health and Health Commission, the Insurance Regulatory Commission of the Bank of China and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine jointly issued the Notice on Care Needs Assessment and Standardized Services for Elderly Care. At present, nearly 250 million people aged 60 and over in China are disabled and semi-disabled elderly. With over 40 million people, there is a huge and rigid demand for professional medical and nursing services.
Speeding up the development of geriatric care services is an important part of actively responding to the aging population and an objective requirement of implementing the strategy of healthy China. It can be seen that according to the market demand, there is a big gap in the medical and nursing industry, and a large number of talents are urgently needed to enter the industry. Therefore, the state has issued special documents to support the employment of talents in this field and a training program for medical nurses.
According to the Occupational Classification Code of the People's Republic of China (2015 edition), medical nurses are one of the medical assistant service personnel, mainly engaged in assistant nursing and other work.
