Shanghai Petrochemical's Monthly Output of Carbon Fiber Products Exceeded 100 Tons for the First Time
In April, the monthly output of Shanghai Petrochemical's carbon fiber products exceeded 100 tons for the first time, reaching the best level in history.
It is understood that since the project (Phase II) with an annual output of 3,000 tons of raw silk and 1,500 tons of PAN-based carbon fiber was completed and put into operation on May 25, 2021, the technical team has worked hard to tackle key problems, repeatedly tested and adjusted the process, and the production operation has gradually Stablize.
In 2022, with the goal of speeding up the completion of annual production tasks, the department will strictly manage the process, organize technical research, continuously optimize production process control, and focus on improving the skill level of operators. While ensuring the stable operation of the 500-ton carbon fiber production line, We will make every effort to promote the stable operation of the production line with an annual output of 1,000 tons and the improvement of product quality.
In the next stage, the department will further rationally optimize the start and stop arrangements, continuously improve the operation stability of the production line, and achieve continuous expansion of production.
