China Petroleum Group Holds on-site Meeting on Material

From September 18 to 19, the on-site meeting of material, bidding and equipment management of the Group Company was held in Xinjiang Oilfield. The meeting summarized the main work of the past year and deployed the next key tasks. Liu Hongbin, member of the Party Group and deputy general manager of the Group Company attended the meeting and stressed that we should change the development concept, shoulder the responsibility and mission bravely, strengthen management innovation, enhance the level of management and service support, further promote the high-quality development of material, bidding and equipment management, and build the world-class comprehensive international energy for the Group Company. The company has made new contributions to the establishment of world-class demonstration enterprises.

Liu Hongbin fully affirmed the work of materials, bidding and equipment system over the years, especially since the three on-site meetings in Daqing, Changqing and Southwest China. He has worked in the fields of material grouping procurement, imported materials procurement management, supplier management, zero inventory management, information construction and application, unified bidding management and equipment. Eight aspects, such as overall management and team building, have made considerable progress and achieved remarkable results, thus maximizing the overall interests of the group company.

Liu Hongbin pointed out that it is an urgent requirement for the current complex external environment to adhere to the problem orientation, continue to do a good job in material, bidding and equipment management, and earnestly improve management efficiency and economic efficiency. It is also an inevitable requirement and stone for the group company to build a world-class comprehensive international energy company. The objective requirement of oil and petrochemical enterprises to open source, reduce cost and increase efficiency.

Liu Hongbin stressed that facing the new situation and new tasks, the material, bidding and equipment system should comprehensively strengthen the Party's leadership and Party building, conscientiously implement the various decision-making arrangements of the group company's Party group, keep the initiative, shoulder the mission, work hard, innovate and develop, and focus on six key tasks. First, we should grasp the management of material procurement. Second, we should effectively carry out unified bidding management. Third, we should conscientiously manage the equipment in a fine way. Fourth, we should continue to do a good job in basic management. Fifth, we should focus on team building. Sixthly, we should make great efforts to build a good style of work. Xu Xinfu, General Manager of Material and Equipment Department, made a work report, summarized and analyzed the main work, situation and tasks faced in the past year, and arranged the next key work. The meeting gave a special briefing, commending the advanced collective and individual in material, bidding and equipment management of the group company. Typical experiences were exchanged among 10 enterprises such as Xinjiang Oilfield and Daqing Oilfield. During the meeting, the delegates also visited the warehousing and logistics sharing center in northern Xinjiang, the bidding Center of the group company in Xinjiang, the refined management site of the "trinity" equipment of Karamay Petrochemical Company, the Mahu Sharing Center and other six materials, the new measures of bidding and equipment management, and the new experience exhibition site. 299 responsible comrades from headquarters departments, professional companies and regional companies participated in the meeting.
