Jingming as chief technology officer of continental China

The general director of technology and innovation in China of continental group, focusing on the development and implementation of the medium and long-term technology strategy of continental group based on the technology development trend of China's automobile and travel market, international technology company continental group appointed Mr. Jing Ming as the chief technology officer of China. Mr. Jing Ming joined continental in 2007 to lead the development of information entertainment and intelligent communication business units in China and Asia. He became the chief technology officer of continental in China from May 1, 2018, reporting directly to Mr. Tang en, President and chief executive officer of China, and functionally to Mr. Kurt Lehmann, chief technology officer of continental. Mr. Jing Ming tang'en, chief technology officer of continental China, stressed the importance of the new position: "the work of chief technology officer of China will focus on the formulation and implementation of the company's medium and long-term technology development strategy in the Chinese market." The main tasks assigned to this position include strengthening Continental's innovation and technology capabilities in China, formulating and implementing innovation strategies, leading pilot innovation projects in China and guiding employees' Entrepreneurship plans. The establishment of this position reflects the continuous efforts of continental group, a technology company, in the fields of automatic driving, electrification, intelligent networking and travel services. Before joining the continental group, Mr. Jing Ming successively worked in Motorola and invisix company. His more than 12 years of working experience has accumulated rich experience in communication, automotive electronic technology research and development, and product management. Mr. Jing Ming received his bachelor's degree in electronic engineering from Yale University, his master's degree in electronic computer from Rice University and his EMBA degree from Rutgers University.
