Experts agree on the development trend of clean heating

On September 18, the International Academic Exchange Conference on Clean Heating and the 73rd IEA-DHC Executive Committee Meeting co-sponsored by China Urban Heating Association and the International Energy Agency were held in Beijing. It was learned from the meeting that clean heating is an important livelihood and popular project in China. In the future, the development and upgrading of China's heating industry requires innovation in clean heating, energy saving and consumption reduction, and optimization of services. At this meeting, experts from Austria, Belgium and other countries jointly exchanged new topics on clean heating, demonstrated and shared international standards, regional energy policies, latest heating technologies and development directions, and jointly explored the prospects of low-carbon energy development, with a view to promoting the safety of the heating industry. Efficient, clean and intelligent development.
According to Liu Shuiyang, chairman of China Urban Heating Association and Beijing Thermal Group Co., Ltd., the length of central heating network in China exceeds 200,000 kilometers and the area of central heating is nearly 10 billion square meters. Our government takes clean heating in winter as an important livelihood and popular project, formulates a clean heating plan for the northern region, follows the principles of local conditions, highlighting key points and overall coordination, and reasonably chooses clean heating routes and heating modes to promote clean heating in the northern region. Zhao Zesheng, deputy director of the Urban Construction Department of the Ministry of housing and urban rural development, pointed out that while the area of central heating is growing and the level of heating facilities and services is improving, there are aging heating facilities, extensive management, low operation efficiency and high energy consumption in some areas. See the problem. Experts believe that in the future, the development and upgrading of China's heating industry need to innovate in clean heating, energy saving and consumption reduction, and optimize services, and explore intelligent heating. To achieve this, it is essential to keep abreast of the new trend of the international energy technology revolution directed towards clean heating. In the current world economic environment, carbon emissions have become an important issue of global concern, while the latest World Energy Statistics Yearbook (2019) published by BP shows that the world's energy consumption will generate a 2% increase in carbon emissions in 2018, the highest growth rate in nearly seven years. To this end, countries around the world are actively developing clean energy and striving to achieve "decarbonization" of energy through the establishment of energy bills, energy strategies and technology roadmap. In the field of heating, facing the new changes and trends of energy supply and demand pattern, countries around the world are also generally increasing their new ways of energy supply and heating. Research on new technology.
Although the choice and development of heating mode in one country is closely related to its geographical location, energy structure, economic environment and technological level, the beneficial attempts and experiences of other countries are still worth learning. During the meeting, it was learned that Toronto, Canada, through the deep lake water cooling system, which extracts cold water from Lake Ontario to provide regional refrigeration services, as well as the related research on latent heat of waste incineration flue gas and waste heat utilization of factory production by energy research institutes in Austria and Belgium, has opened up a clean supply in China.
It is reported that IEA-DHC, the IEA regional heating, cooling and cogeneration technical cooperation project, is a technical cooperation project under the International Energy Agency (IEA). It aims to solve wider regional heating and cooling problems at lower environmental costs and provide a platform for international cooperation for relevant projects in various countries. On June 28, 2018, China Urban Heating Association formally joined the International Energy Agency's Technical Cooperation Committee on Regional Heating, Cooling and Cogeneration.
