Waste residue recycling production line of calcium carbide slag cement

Recently, Qinghai Salt Lake Haina Chemical Co., Ltd. has completed and put into production the rotary kiln system of 2500 tons clinker calcium carbide slag cement production line. Upon the completion of the first and second phase of PVC integrated project of Haina salt lake company, about 720000 tons of carbide slag will be produced annually in the production of calcium carbide and acetylene. In order to make rational use of these calcium carbide slag, the company has established a production line with a daily output of 2500 tons of clinker calcium carbide slag cement for the purpose of comprehensive utilization of industrial waste slag and environmental protection. In this project, carbide slag is used instead of limestone as the main raw material to produce cement. The cost of raw material is reduced by 30 yuan per ton on average, and the problems of land occupation and environmental pollution caused by waste slag stacking are solved. At the same time, the dust and dust collected by all the dedusting equipment of this recycling project will be returned to the production line for local recycling. It is understood that after the project is put into use, carbide slag and limestone can be added to the cement raw materials in any proportion, or 100% limestone can be directly used as the production raw materials instead of limestone, so as to reduce the production cost of cement, enhance the competitive advantage of products and realize the comprehensive recycling of resources, which has obvious economic, environmental and social benefits.
