Strive to change recruitment into enrollment by the end of 2021

On November 1, it was reported that recently, the opinions of the Ministry of emergency management, the Ministry of human resources and social security, the Ministry of education, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of coal mine safety on the implementation of the action plan for improving safety skills in high-risk industries were officially released. Today (November 1), at 10 a.m., the emergency management department held a press conference to interpret the implementation opinions of the action plan on safety skills improvement in high-risk industries issued by the National Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau, Ministry of education, Ministry of human resources and social security, Ministry of emergency management. Pei Wentian, director of the Safety Foundation Department of the emergency management department, said that the implementation opinions are mandatory for the safety training of employees in high-risk enterprises. All high-risk enterprises are required to assess the on-the-job employees once by post. If the assessment is not qualified, the new employees shall be trained according to the requirements of the new employees. The new employees of high-risk enterprises shall not take up their posts until they pass the assessment. The system of teachers with apprentices shall be strictly implemented, and they can take up their posts independently after they leave. Sun Hongling, a second-level inspector of the industry safety basic management guidance department of the State Administration of coal mine safety, said that the implementation of the action plan for improving safety skills and the improvement of the quality of personnel in the coal industry would be guided by the spirit of recruiting new students from vocational colleges and universities through various ways such as cultural quality and professional skills We will continue to increase the proportion of changing recruitment into enrollment by the end of 2021, and strive to basically change recruitment into enrollment by coal mining enterprises.
