At the same time, the new system is equipped with two security lines, namely surge baseline control and surge response. When the system is normal, the working point is on the SCL line or in the line; when the system load changes, the working point crosses the SCL and approaches the SRL line, the working point moves the surge valve to open automatically for 15 degrees; when the load changes rapidly and is about to reach the SLL line, the surge valve will open fully to prevent the unit from surging. In addition, the valve opening mode of the new system is faster and more accurate than that of personnel operation, which fully guarantees the stable, safe and economic operation of the unit.
