SPC crude oil export pipeline project completed and put into operation
On December 5, 2019, with the start of the export pump of the central processing station, the SPC oil field crude oil export pipeline project was officially put into production, ending the company's history of forced automobile export of crude oil for more than ten years. Over the years, the export of SPC's commodity oil has been a stumbling block to restrict the company's development, reduce risks and improve quality and efficiency. Due to frequent changes in Kazakhstan's policies, the continuous downturn in international oil prices, internal adjustment of government departments and other factors, the pipeline access problem has never made progress. Since June 2018, the leadership team of SPC has been actively exploring resources on the one hand, and constantly exploring new ideas and trying to solve the problem of pipeline access on the other hand. After nearly a year's unremitting efforts, the company overcame the difficulties of high temperature in summer and severe cold in winter, and completed the pipeline construction and acceptance with the cooperation of up and down linkage and multiple departments, and successfully put into production on December 5, 2019. The putting into operation of ﹣ export pipeline solved many years of trial, but did not solve the problem, opened the last checkpoint of crude oil pipeline export, and realized 100% export of SPC company's commodity oil, which not only avoided the safety risk of long-distance truck pulling commodity oil, environmental protection risk of "running, dripping and leaking" of tank car, loss of transportation process, but also greatly reduced the sales and transportation of crude oil Cost, which is expected to save us $3 million annually, opens up a new way for the company to improve quality and efficiency.
