Strengthen the technical cooperation of chemical industry, establish a leading group for technical support of project feeding and trial production, fully promote the commissioning of Yulin methanol plant and Rongxin chemical phase II project, open the methanol production process of Rongxin chemical phase II project on October 29, and open the production process of Yulin Methanol Plant Phase II project by the end of December. Accelerate the optimization of industrial layout around transformation and upgrading. Adhere to the principle of "large scale, park oriented, high-end and terminal oriented", complete the strategic plan for the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in Lunan high-end chemical industry park, and prepare a 3000 ton coal gasification process package.
