Law enforcement personnel first came to the monitoring center to learn about the situation. Subsequently, law enforcement personnel went to the chemical storage tank in the plant area to check the safety situation. According to the inspection, the safety facilities in the tank farm are complete and the values in each area are normal. Next to the tank farm, the safety officer regularly stops production and maintenance of the recovery workshop. The company arranges the safety officer to supervise on site, and the shift leader is responsible for the maintenance. Daya biotechnology has more than 130 employees, of which 1 / 3 are work safety supervisors. In 2019, the risk management department of Shashi District continuously urged the enterprises to implement the safety production responsibility.
