It is understood that in 2019, the Yangtze River Navigation Administration Department will speed up the implementation of key projects of waterway regulation, such as the 6-meter water depth of Wuhan anqing section and the first phase of South Channel of the Yangtze River Estuary. According to the working principle of "making full use of waterway regulation effect, making full use of natural conditions of waterway, and strengthening waterway maintenance and management", the waterway maintenance water depth of Wuhan Huangshi section in dry season will be increased from 4.5-meter trial operation to 5.0-meter and Yellow River trial operation From 4.5m to 5.0m in Shiqing section, the second phase of 12.5m deep water channel project under Nanjing is well operated, and the capacity of golden waterway of the Yangtze River is continuously improved. The transport structure of the Yangtze River trunk line has been further optimized by further promoting the standardization of ship types, strictly controlling the increase of transport capacity, vigorously developing river sea combined transport and rail water combined transport, and deepening the service for port and shipping enterprises. In 2019, the average tonnage of cargo ships on the Yangtze River trunk line will be increased to 1880 tons, the number of production berths of 10000 tons will be increased to 595, and the number of large ports of 100 million tons will be 15.
