ECHEMI 2020 Year-End Party - Share the Same Goal, Be the Final Winner

On January 11, 2020, ECHEMI 2020 Year-End Party was held under the theme of two Chinese sayings:

The side which has unity of purpose among its officers and men will win.

The side which shares favorable and adverse situations will see its prosperity.

For ECHEMI, those who share the same goal not only have the same value, culture, and aspiration, but more importantly, they have the same passion and desire to accomplish every task. In 2020, ECHEMI will continue to follow its original aspiration, keep the vision and mission in mind, and spare no effort to provide better products and services to customers around the world.

Speech delivered by David, CEO of ECHEMI

The grand year-end party started with a speech given by David. “The rapid development of the company is closely related to the team leaders and key employees that have accompanied the company to grow together for many years. At the same time, the company must adopt an inclusive attitude to accept new teams, new cultures, and new models.” David pointed out.

The year 2019 is seen as another new year of ECHEMI’s development. After 12 years of establishment, ECHEMI re-plans its development route, and starts the second venture with full enthusiasm.

The building of elite team is to achieve a shared aim, which makes people with confidence and talent work together to appreciate, inspire, and influence each other to grow together and explore the future.

Speech delivered by Jessica, General Manager of Food Division of ECHEMI

Jessica shared her experience regarding personal and team development, and future plans.

She said, the most important in personal growth is to learn, communicate, and find opportunities. A team is built on the basis of each member, and the goal is achieved by the effort of every one in the team.

With respect to the future plan, the main aim for ECHEMI is to go global. Reaching terminal users requires a lot, including technology support, warehousing, and logistics. “But as long as ECHEMI go towards the goal step by step, we can finally get there.”

In her speech, Sarah pointed out a concept, that is, to “seek men in our peers” - people who do engage in what they are doing.

These years, ECHEMI has witnessed an improving employee welfare system, larger space for staff’s growth and development, and managers’ enhanced skills. ECHEMI focuses more to cultivate talents, and has re-defined its vision, mission, and value.

There are plenty of chances in each generation. The key to catch these opportunities lies in whether you can identify them and work hard.
