Ningxia Darong digs deeply into calcium carbide industry chain
Ningxia Darong group is an enterprise that deeply processes calcium carbide to produce cyanamide products. All production water depends on the exploitation of groundwater. Up to now, the company has successively completed industrial wastewater closed-circuit recycling project, calcium carbide furnace cooling water softening treatment cycle system project, water treatment center, low-temperature water refrigeration unit, which not only improves the utilization rate of water resources, but also meets the needs of innovative production process, and improves the utilization value and quality of water resources. It is estimated that when Darong was not restructured to form a group company in 1998, the sales revenue was 100 million yuan, and the annual groundwater exploitation volume was 2.8 million cubic meters. Today, 15 years later, the sales revenue of Darong group has doubled to 400 million yuan, while the exploitation of groundwater is still at the level of 2.8 million cubic meters per year. In 2015, the exploitation of groundwater is nearly 150 million cubic meters, saving more than 1.6 million yuan of water resource exploitation fee every year. With the continuous expansion of production scale, the discharge of carbide products and cyanamide series products of Darong group is increasing year by year, which restricts the sustainable development of the enterprise.
Since 1993, the research project of cyanamide residue reuse was launched, and the technology of producing environmental friendly cement by using cyanamide residue jointly developed with scientific research units was successful. By the end of 2012, they had produced 1.25 million tons of cement, realized sales revenue of 430 million yuan, and consumed nearly 700000 tons of various industrial residues. They took the Lead in building the CALCIUM carbide cyanamide cement circular economic chain of cyanamide industry in the same industry in China. This year, the technical transformation of wet to dry cement production line has been completed and put into production. The annual production capacity of cement has been expanded from 180000 tons to 300000 tons. Two waste heat utilization boilers at kiln head and kiln tail have been built and put into production, and the flue carbon dioxide gas recovery device has also been put into production. There is no precedent in the same industry in China. The construction of waste heat utilization boiler for recycling cement kiln and the active shutdown of coal-fired boiler to eliminate backward production capacity also have the promotion value and typical demonstration significance in Ningxia enterprises. In the aspect of comprehensive treatment of industrial smoke and dust, Darong group took the initiative to eliminate 20000kva Calcium Carbide furnace and build a 40500 calcium carbide furnace with more advanced economic indicators.
The design work has been launched. Calcium carbide and cement production not only produce a lot of smoke, but also a lot of waste heat which can be used is discharged with smoke, which not only pollutes the environment but also wastes resources. The waste heat utilization project of carbide furnace dust treatment completed and put into operation in Darong group has achieved two goals of dust treatment and waste heat recovery. It can produce 60000 tons of steam annually, save 8500 tons of standard coal annually, and reduce 3500 tons of dust emission for cement production. In addition, the company has transformed the bag type dedusting into a relatively advanced electrostatic dedusting facility, so that the dust emission concentration can reach the national emission standard, and 32000 tons of dust can be collected annually for cement production, with an annual benefit of more than 2 million yuan.
