Henan coal washing plant has a new benchmark of washing capacity

The reporter recently learned from China Pingmei Shenma Group that the total annual raw coal input of Tianzhuang Coal Preparation Plant under the group exceeded 8 million tons for the first time, marking that the plant once again set a benchmark for plateau coal input washing capacity, creating the highest level of Henan heavy medium + flotation combined process coal preparation plant. In the first 11 months of 2019, Tianzhuang Coal Preparation Plant has produced 3.5776 million tons of clean coal, the highest record since the establishment of the plant; the medium consumption per ton of coal has dropped to 0.4 kg, ranking the first in China; the indicators of mechanical and electrical equipment affecting the production time, repairing the old and recycling the waste have all reached a historical record.

As the first heavy medium + flotation combined process coal preparation plant designed and constructed by our country, Tianzhuang Coal Preparation Plant will focus on "clean coal strategy" in 2019. The factory firmly grasps the central task of improving quality and efficiency, increases the technical transformation, optimizes the production process, implements fine management, and improves the utilization rate of working hours and equipment efficiency by establishing the production linkage mechanism, increasing the secondary flotation system and other measures. At the same time, the factory takes "quality and benefit labor competition" as the starting point, subdivides and decomposes all indicators and tasks of the whole year, carries out labor competitions such as "double promotion and double comparison", "double promotion against standards", "fourth quarter of the decisive battle, and strives to ensure the whole year", strengthens examination and incentive, optimizes resource allocation, and creates a strong atmosphere of comparative contribution, competition first and record setting.
