The mentality continued to ferment, and the overall shipment was Not good, the prices of many categories have dropped significantly.

On the 31st, the veterinary drug raw material price index (VPi) closed at 81.44, down 1.03% from the beginning of the month. The VPi index ended its streak of rising momentum and gradually retraced, causing the market to run turbulently.
Mixed ups and downs, weak operation
Judging from the monitoring data of the China Veterinary Drug and Feed Trading Center, in August, the prices of most veterinary drug raw materials remained stable, with an increase of only 18% and a decrease of 36%.
In terms of specific varieties, doxycycline hydrochloride had the largest decline in August, down 5.64%, followed by colistin sulfate, down 1.74%. The gainers were tylosin tartrate and florfenicol, up 2.10% and 0.44% respectively.
On the whole, the veterinary drug API market in August showed a trend of rising and falling, with shocks and stability, falling more and less rising, with greater upward pressure and weak operation.
Weakness may continue in September
Entering September, insufficient demand will always plague the veterinary drug API market. Judging from the current situation, "Golden Nine and Silver Ten", the peak breeding season is coming. Although it has formed a certain support for the continuous decline of veterinary drug raw materials, the market is still facing downward pressure, and downstream procurement is cautious. Insufficient effect on the market price of veterinary drug raw materials.
On the supply side, entering September, with the arrival of cool weather, the units that had been shut down due to high temperature maintenance in the early stage resumed production one after another. The shortage of supply caused by high temperature maintenance was gradually reduced, and the market supply returned to normal.
To sum up, analysts at China Veterinary Drug Feed Trading Center believe that under the background of insufficient demand and continuous supply recovery, the veterinary drug API market is expected to remain weak and fluctuated in September.
Finally, the arrival of the National Day and other major events and meetings, due to environmental protection and other considerations, may have a certain impact on the normal supply of veterinary drug raw materials, which requires close attention.
