According to the notice, first, it is necessary to promote the orderly return to work in batches, make a comprehensive plan for the resumption of work and production in batches, and ensure the conditions to immediately promote the resumption of work and production, major projects and Key project staff should return to work in time and start work as soon as possible. Sixthly, we need to accelerate the coordinated operation of the whole industrial chain, establish a system for key enterprises to send liaison officers, coordinate and solve problems such as insufficient machinery, labor and capital in a timely manner, and ensure stable supply of raw materials, auxiliary materials, important parts and components. The circular stressed that all regions should strengthen the responsibilities of enterprises and local governments, establish and improve the working mechanism, form a working force, do a good job in group prevention and mass control, and promote the safe and orderly resumption of production.
