Demonstrating the future of pesticide in China, YinNong released nano pesticide products

On Sept 27, as a state-level, professional and new “Little Giant” enterprise, YinNong held a new product launch conference in Huizhou with the theme of "Infinite YinNong, Quality wins the future”. Mr. Qian, Chairman of YinNong, announced at the meeting that size of YinNong’s products(D98), which is less than 1μm（600-900nm), had officially entered the nano era.

Founded in 2003, YinNong is a private enterprise which is committed to producing safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly new pesticide formulations, and providing high-quality services in terms of R&D, production and sales. Qian also pointed that the innovation road of YinNong is to create products with excellent performance formulation form transformation and continuous upgrading of technical indicators.

At the conference, YinNong launched 9 series of new products and will market many new insecticides, fungicides and herbicides also will start the fertilizer business.

Wu, general manager announced that depends on the quality and the channel demand, YinNong officially released 7 new products. At the same time, YinNong recommended many solutions for field application to help farmers solve the current problems of resistant small insects.

How powerful are nanoscale pesticides? Zhang, R&D engineer of YinNong, explained that Brownian motion is easy to overcome gravity under the extremely small particle size, and nanoscale products usually do not flocculate or precipitate, and have excellent penetration force and extremely low interfacial tension. Zhou pointed out that nano-pesticides can effectively enter the body of plants, fungi and pests, improve the efficacy and utilization rate, and boost the realization of pesticide reduction and efficiency improvement and green development goals of agriculture.

"The most direct manifestation of the performance of a pesticide product is its efficacy, to achieve the maximum control effect with the least amount. Wu, a professor at China Agricultural University, said the improved efficacy of pesticide nanotechnology will bring revolutionary progress to the industry and become the core of pesticide development in the new era.

To maintain the industry leadership and find the maximum value of the differentiation of product performance, YinNong launched a close cooperation with many foreign enterprises. At the conference, YinNong reached strategic contracts with BASF, Corteva, FMC and Dow. They decided to develop and promote more advanced and suitable products for the Chinese market through resource integration, technical cooperation, integration and innovation.

Wu expressed that YinNong will continue to innovate in the next 3-5 years. On the one hand, YinNong will focus on differentiated R&D of post-patent active ingredients, and on the other hand, it will strengthen cooperation with foreign companies and domestic scientific research patent owners to do authorized compound R&D of patent ingredients. He revealed that YinNong is registering 3 products of microemulsion and SC, and more than 8 compound formulations which are still in the research and development.
