China丨Youdao will start production of Chlorantraniliprole TC this month

On Sept 30th, Youdao’s Chlorantraniliprole technical and intermediate device were successfully completed after inspection by all parties. Next, Youdao will immediately carry out the overall water-gas linkage of each device and final cleaning, and it is expected that the feeding production conditions will be ready in mid-late October. At that time, Youdao will become the first Chlorantraniliprole manufacturer with complete certificates, independent intellectual property rights and industrial chain. This project adopts the fully continuous flow process and device independently developed by Himile, which greatly reduces the production cost.

After the completion of the project, it can produce Chlorantraniliprole technicals 1000T/A, Methyl 2-amino-3-methylbenzoate 3000T/A, 2-Amino-3-methylbenzoic acid 3000T/A, 2-Amino-5-chloro-N,3-dimethylbenzamide 2000T/A, 2-Amino-5chloro-3-methylbenzoic acid 2000T/A, 3-Amino-2- methylbenzoic acid 1500T/A and 4-Amino-3-methylbenzoic acid 600T/A.

In the second phase of the project, they plan to construct device of 5000T/A technicals and 7700T/A 3-Bromo-1-(3-chloropyridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid. Now, the design has been completed and the procedures are being approved. The construction is planned to start after the Spring Festival, and the construction will be completed in October 2023. Finally, the complete independent production of Chlorantraniliprole technicals and intermediate will be realized.
