PKN Orlen Declares Force Majeure on PTA
According to a source related to PKN Orlen, after almost two weeks of production following a heat exchanger issue in early November, PKN Orlen was declaring force majeure on PTA from its Wloclawek, Poland plant. A similar heat exchanger technical fault appears to be the root cause again but the duration of the outage this time has been estimated at 21 days.
