Food prices are stable and the supply is generally sufficient
The Ministry of Commerce held a regular press conference on the 9th. The spokesperson Gao Feng said that the overall supply of the national edible agricultural products market has been adequate in the near future.
According to the monitoring of the Ministry of Commerce, the national market price of edible agricultural products fell by 1% from March 30 to April 5 compared with the previous week, and fell for 6 consecutive weeks.
By variety, grain prices were generally stable, edible oil prices fluctuated slightly, meat prices fell by different ranges, wholesale pork prices fell by 2.6%, and wholesale prices of beef and lamb declined by 0.8% and 0.2%, respectively.
