There are two types of lymphocytic leukemia, one is acute lymphocytic leukemia and the other is chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Acute lymphocytic leukemia is a progressive malignant disease characterized by a large number of immature white blood cells similar to lymphoblasts. These cells can be found in the blood, bone marrow, lymph nodes, spleen and other organs. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia, referred to as CLL, is a malignant proliferative disease of lymphocytes in certain immune-deficient lymphocytes in the lymphocyte system with a slow onset. This disease is rare in my country, accounting for only 3.4% of leukemia, and is more common in Caucasians in Europe and America, accounting for 25-30%. The age of onset is mostly over 50 years old, and it is rare for those under 30 years old. There are more men than women. The main manifestations are systemic lymphadenopathy, splenomegaly, anemia and abnormal increase in lymphocytes in peripheral blood.
