Indication: (1) Treatment of chemical acidosis. For the treatment of mild to moderate chemical acidosis, oral administration is preferred. For severe chemical acidosis, intravenous drip should be used, such as in severe kidney disease, circulatory failure, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, extracorporeal circulation, severe primary lactic acidosis, diabetic ketoacidosis, etc. (2) Alkalization of urine. Used for the prevention of uric acid kidney stones, reducing the renal toxicity of sulfonamide drugs, and acute hemolysis to prevent hemoglobin deposition in the renal tubules. (3) As an antacid, it treats symptoms caused by excessive gastric acid. (4) Intravenous drip has a non-specific therapeutic effect on certain drug poisonings, such as poisoning by barbiturates, salicylates, and methanol. However, this product is contraindicated for gastric lavage in case of ingestion of strong acid poisoning, because this product reacts with strong acid to produce a large amount of carbon dioxide, which can lead to acute gastric dilatation or even gastric rupture.

Indication: Adults with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (type 2) when diet, exercise, and weight loss alone are insufficient to control blood glucose levels.

Indication: This product can be used alone for patients with type 2 diabetes who cannot effectively control hyperglycemia through diet and exercise, or for patients with type 2 diabetes who cannot effectively control hyperglycemia with metformin. It is used in combination with metformin, but it cannot replace metformin. Nateglinide is not suitable for patients with type 2 diabetes who are not ideal for treatment with sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drugs.

Indication: 1. For patients with type 2 diabetes whose blood sugar levels are not satisfactorily controlled by simple diet control and/or exercise therapy. 2. Can be used as a second-line medication for patients with type 2 diabetes whose blood sugar levels are not satisfactorily controlled by single sulfonylurea or metformin hydrochloride therapy.

Indication: Type 2 diabetes (or non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, NIDDM).

Indication: It is used for habitual constipation, senile constipation, and can also be used to prevent and treat hyperlipidemia and diabetes.

Indication: It is suitable for type 2 diabetes mellitus in which diet control, exercise therapy and weight loss cannot satisfactorily control blood sugar.
