Heat stroke is a group of acute diseases that occur in high temperature environments. According to its main pathogenesis and clinical manifestations, it is often divided into three types: ① Heat stroke is caused by high temperature causing dysfunction of the body temperature regulation center. The imbalance of heat balance causes heat accumulation in the body. The main clinical symptoms are high fever, impaired consciousness, and no sweating. Heat stroke caused by direct exposure of the head to sunlight is also called sunstroke. ② Heat cramps, also known as heat stroke cramps, are muscle cramps caused by loss of water and salt. ③ Heat exhaustion, also known as heat exhaustion, is mainly caused by insufficient peripheral circulation capacity, causing collapse or short-term syncope, the latter is also called heat syncope.
