Hyperkalemia
Hyperkalemia is defined as a blood potassium level higher than 5.5 mmol/L, and severe hyperkalemia is defined as a level greater than 7.0 mmol/L. Hyperkalemia often causes sudden cardiac arrest with few or no symptoms, so it should be detected and treated early.

Indication: 1. When used in combination with antithyroid drugs, it may cause hypothyroidism and thyroid enlargement; 2. When used in combination with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors and potassium-sparing diuretics, it is easy to cause hyperkalemia and blood potassium should be monitored; 3. When used in combination with lithium salts, it may cause hypothyroidism and thyroid enlargement; 4. When used in combination with 131Ⅰ, the uptake of 131Ⅰ by thyroid tissue will be reduced.
