Convoluted linear ichthyosis
Ichthyosis lineariscircumflexa, also known as Netherton syndrome, is an autosomal recessive genetic disease. The pathogenesis is still unclear. Skin lesions appear at birth or soon after birth, which are generalized migratory annular or polycyclic erythema and scaling, with obvious "bilateral" scaling around, which is specific. Its generalized erythema and dry and fine scaling are like nonspecific changes in psoriasis histopathology. It should be differentiated from ichthyosis-like erythroderma in the early stage. Polycyclic lesions and hair abnormalities can be used for differentiation. 0.1% retinoic acid cream can be applied externally. The application of corticosteroids can alleviate symptoms.
