Hydrocele
Testicular hydrocele refers to the accumulation of excessive fluid between the two layers of the testicular tunica vaginalis. Most hydrocele has no obvious cause and is called primary hydrocele. Its occurrence and development are slow. The patient may be asymptomatic. Hydrocele caused by scrotal trauma, inflammation or tumor of the testicles and epididymis, and filariasis is called secondary hydrocele. It often has the symptoms of the primary lesion.
