Convexity meningiomas refer to meningiomas on the lateral surface of the cerebral hemisphere, mainly including meningiomas in the frontal, parietal, occipital, and temporal lobes of the cerebral hemisphere and meningiomas in the lateral fissure. There is normal brain tissue between the tumor and the sagittal sinus. Clinically, it may only manifest as epileptic symptoms and is easily overlooked.
