Lentinan for injection
Function and Efficacy
Lentinan has a good inhibitory effect on various animal tumors, such as sarcoma S-180 and Ehrlich ascites carcinoma. The acute toxicity LD50 of this product for ICR mice by intravenous injection is 304.5mg/kg (iv) and the LD50 for intraperitoneal injection is 2500mg/kg. No obvious abnormalities were found in the six-month long-term toxicity test and reproductive toxicity study on rats.
Ingredients
It is Lentinan, which is a glucan with beta-(1-3) glucose as the main chain and beta-(1-6) glucose as the side chain.

Appearance
The wood product is a white freeze-dried block.
Indication
Used for adjuvant treatment of malignant tumors.
Usage and Dosage
Take 1 vial (1 mg) twice a week. Dissolve in 2 ml of distilled water for injection by shaking. Add to 250 ml of normal saline or 5% glucose injection and drip intravenously. Dissolve completely in 5-10 ml of 5% glucose injection and inject intravenously.
Adverse Reactions
1. A few people experience reversible reactions such as dizziness and chest tightness. 2. A few people experience facial flushing.
