Adult Still's disease is a clinical syndrome of a group of unknown etiology, including remittent fever, transient polymorphic rash, arthritis or joint pain as the main clinical manifestations, accompanied by enlargement of the liver, spleen and lymph nodes, and increased peripheral white blood cells. It is called adult Still's disease. It was previously named subsepsis and allergic subsepsis.
