Neonatal asphyxia
Asphyxia of the newborn refers to a disease in which the baby suffers from intrauterine distress or respiratory and circulatory disorders caused by various causes before, during or after birth, resulting in no spontaneous breathing or failure to establish regular breathing within 1 minute after birth, with hypoxemia, hypercapnia and acidosis as the main pathological and physiological changes. It is the most common symptom of newborns, mostly a continuation of fetal asphyxia (intrauterine distress), and is also one of the main causes of disability and death. Rescue and care are needed every second.
