In recent years, people have recognized that multiple tendinopathy is one of the common and characteristic manifestations of spondyloarthropathies such as unclassified spondyloarthropathies, ankylosing spondylitis, Reiter's syndrome, psoriatic arthritis and reactive arthritis, and has suggestive value for the diagnosis of this type of disease. It is particularly important to note that multiple tendinopathy or seronegative tendinopathy and arthropathy syndrome in children is a marker of juvenile spondyloarthropathies and the best indicator for predicting the disease.
