Rabies
Rabies is an acute infectious disease caused by the rabies virus. It is also called hydrophobia because of its prominent symptom of fear of water. It is zoonotic and is common in carnivorous animals such as dogs, wolves, and cats. People are mostly infected by bites from sick animals. Clinical manifestations include fear of water and wind, pharyngeal muscle spasm, and progressive paralysis.

Rabies immunoglobulin
Indication: It is mainly used for passive immunization of patients bitten or scratched by rabies or other crazy animals. All patients suspected of rabies exposure should use rabies vaccine and rabies immunoglobulin in combination. If the patient has been vaccinated with rabies vaccine and has sufficient anti-rabies antibody titer, he can be vaccinated again without using this product.
