Koch syndrome
Cogan syndrome is also known as interstitial keratitis-vertigo-neurological deafness syndrome. It was first reported by Mogan and Baum Gartner (1934) and later identified as an independent systemic disease by Cogan (1945). Its main features are: ① non-syphilitic interstitial keratitis; ② vestibular nerve symptoms such as vertigo; ③ severe bilateral neurological deafness; ④ systemic vasculitis manifestations, such as congestive heart failure, gastrointestinal bleeding, etc.
