Actinic fibrosus
Actinic elastosis, also known as solarelastotic syndrome and Favre-Racovchot syndrome, is a disease caused by long-term exposure to sunlight that causes degenerative changes in the skin. Different symptoms of the same nature include: diamond-shaped skin of the neck, disseminated elastofibroma, nodular elastosis, lemon-colored skin, collagenous plaques on the hands and feet, and elastic fibrous nodules on the ears.
