| Telmisartan |
Telmisartan is an oral specific non-peptide angiotensin II receptor (AT1 type) antagonist. Telmisartan selectively binds to the AT1 receptor site with high affinity, persistently antagonizes angiotensin II, and causes a decrease in blood aldosterone levels, thereby reducing blood pressure. Telmisartan does not inhibit human plasma renin, nor does it block ion channels, nor does it inhibit angiotensin converting enzyme (kinase II), nor does it affect the degradation of bradykinin by the enzyme, so there will be no adverse reactions caused by the enhanced effect of bradykinin. For patients with hypertension, telmisartan can reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure without affecting heart rate. Rebound hypertension does not occur after discontinuation of telmisartan.

| Fenofibrate |
By inhibiting the production of very low-density lipoprotein and triglyceride and increasing their catabolism, it reduces blood low-density lipoprotein, cholesterol and triglyceride; it also increases the production of apolipoprotein A1 and A11, thereby increasing high-density lipoprotein. It also has the effect of reducing blood uric acid in normal people and patients with hyperuricemia. Animal experiments have shown that fenofibrate is teratogenic and carcinogenic.

This product is a first-generation cephalosporin, which has good antibacterial effect on some strains of Gram-positive cocci such as non-penicillinase-producing and penicillinase-producing Staphylococcus aureus, coagulase-negative Staphylococcus, group A hemolytic Streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae and viridans Streptococcus. Anaerobic Gram-positive bacteria are mostly sensitive to this product, while Bacteroides fragilis is resistant to it. Methicillin-resistant Staphylococci and Enterococci are resistant to this product. The effect of this product on Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria is similar to that of cephalexin. This product has a certain effect on Neisseria gonorrhoeae, and is also active against enzyme-producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae; its activity against Haemophilus influenzae is poor.
