This product competitively inhibits the rate-limiting enzyme hydroxymethylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase in the cholesterol synthesis process in the body, reducing the synthesis of cholesterol and increasing the synthesis of low-density lipoprotein receptors. The main site of action is in the liver, resulting in lower blood cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels, thereby playing a role in the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease. This product also reduces serum triglyceride levels and increases blood high-density lipoprotein levels.

This product is a long-acting tricyclic antihistamine that competitively inhibits histamine H1 receptors and inhibits allergic symptoms caused by histamine. This product has no obvious anticholinergic and central nervous system inhibitory effects. Toxicological animal tests have not shown obvious teratogenic effects.

This product is a potent, highly selective 5-HT3 receptor antagonist with a strong antiemetic effect. This product is a non-acidic non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, and its active metabolite 6-methoxy-2-naphthylacetic acid (6-MNA) has antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Its anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects are related to the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis in inflammatory tissues; it has little effect on the gastric mucosa, and has no significant effect on the platelet function and coagulation mechanism induced in vitro in blood samples of healthy volunteers.
