Netilmicin is a semi-synthetic aminoglycoside broad-spectrum antibiotic, and its mechanism of action is to inhibit the normal protein synthesis of sensitive microorganisms. This product has a wide range of antimicrobial effects, mainly targeting Gram-negative rods and a few Gram-positive bacteria, including Citrobacter, Enterobacter, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Morgan Proteus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella, Shigella and Staphylococcus (penicillin- and methicillin-resistant). This product is also active in vitro against some isolated Acinetobacter, Neisseria, indole-positive Proteus, Pseudomonas, and Serratia. Most streptococci and anaerobic microorganisms such as Clostridium are resistant to aminoglycosides.

| Cefixime |
This product is a broad-spectrum antibiotic, which has antibacterial activity against some Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, especially against Streptococcus (except Enterococcus) and Pneumococcus among Gram-positive bacteria, and gonococci, Branhamella, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Serratia, Proteus, and influenza bacilli among Gram-negative bacteria. Its mechanism of action is bactericidal, and it works by preventing the synthesis of bacterial cell walls. It has a high affinity with 1 (la, lb, 1c) and 3 in penicillin-binding protein (PBP). This product has extremely strong stability against β-lactamases produced by various bacteria, and shows excellent antibacterial power against bacteria that produce β-lactamases.

| Nimustine hydrochloride |
1. Anti-tumor effect: (1) It shows high anti-tumor activity against mouse leukemia L-1210. (2) It has a wide anti-tumor spectrum against mouse transplanted tumors, including lymphocytic leukemia L1210, granulocytic leukemia C-1498, plasmacytoma X-5563 (ascites type), Ehrlich's ascites carcinoma and dural sarcoma MS-147. (3) It has a life-extending effect on mice with intracerebral transplantation of lymphocytic leukemia L1210 and methylcholanthrene-induced malignant glioma cells. 2. Mechanism of action: It mainly inhibits DNA synthesis by alkylating intracellular DNA, resulting in low molecular weight DNA.
