Gatifloxacin

1. Combination with probenecid can slow down the renal excretion of gatifloxacin. 2. Combination of ferrous sulfate, aluminum or magnesium-containing antacids and dehydroxyglycoside with this product will reduce the bioavailability of gatifloxacin; however, taking this product 4 hours before taking the above drugs will not affect its pharmacokinetic process. 3. No interaction was observed when milk, calcium carbonate, cimetidine, theophylline, warfarin, glyburide or midazolam were taken simultaneously with this product. 4. When taken simultaneously with digoxin, some subjects found that the blood concentration of digoxin increased. It is recommended to monitor the toxic reactions of patients taking digoxin and adjust the digoxin dose.
