Ibuprofen is a prostaglandin synthase inhibitor with antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects; pseudoephedrine hydrochloride is an adrenaline receptor agonist with selective vasoconstriction effects, which can relieve congestion and swelling of the nasopharyngeal mucosa and alleviate nasal congestion symptoms.

Each tablet of this product contains ibuprofen (C13H18O2) and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (C10H15NO.HCL) which should be 90.0-110.0% of the labeled amount.

This medicine is an oval-shaped film-coated tablet, which appears off-white after removing the film coating.

Used to relieve symptoms such as fever, headache, sore throat, limb pain, joint pain, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, etc. caused by colds or allergic rhinitis.

Take orally after meals. Adults take 1 tablet at a time, 3 times a day, not more than 4 times in 24 hours.

A small number of patients may experience nausea, vomiting, stomach burning or mild indigestion, gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding, increased transaminase, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, blurred vision, mental tension, drowsiness, lower limb edema or sudden weight gain; 2. Rarely, skin rash, allergic nephritis, cystitis, nephrotic syndrome, renal papillary necrosis or renal failure, and bronchospasm.

1. This product should not be taken at the same time as antihypertensive drugs or antidepressants; 2. This product taken together with other antipyretic and analgesic drugs can increase gastrointestinal adverse reactions and may cause ulcers; 3. This product taken together with digoxin, methotrexate, and oral hypoglycemic drugs can increase the blood concentration of these drugs and increase adverse reactions; 4.
