Paclitaxel

This product is a new type of anti-microtubule drug. It promotes tubulin polymerization, inhibits depolymerization, maintains tubulin stability, and inhibits cell mitosis. In vitro experiments have shown that paclitaxel has a significant radiosensitization effect, which may be to stop cells in the G2 and M phases that are sensitive to radiotherapy. Paclitaxel is a mitotic inhibitor or spindle poison. It has a different mechanism of action from the commonly used chemotherapy drugs. It induces and promotes the assembly of microtubules. Paclitaxel has the effect of polymerizing and stabilizing microtubules, causing rapidly dividing tumor cells to be firmly fixed in the mitotic stage, blocking the replication of cancer cells and causing them to die.

Tetracycline Hydrochloride Tablets
The main ingredient of this product is tetracycline hydrochloride. Its chemical name is 6-methyl-4-(dimethylamino)-3,6,10,12,12a-pentahydroxy-1,11-dioxo-1,4,4a,5,5a,6,11,12a-octahydro-2-naphthacenecarboxamide hydrochloride.

Tetracycline hydrochloride

This product is a broad-spectrum antibacterial agent, with bactericidal effect at high concentrations. It has certain antibacterial effects on Streptococcus pneumoniae, hemolytic Streptococcus, Streptococcus viridans and some Staphylococci, Clostridium perfringens, Bacillus anthracis, Yersinia pestis, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Clostridium tetani, Brucella, Haemophilus influenzae, Campylobacter, Vibrio cholerae, etc. It also has inhibitory effects on Rickettsia, Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, Spirochete, and some protozoa. This product is better than Gram-positive bacteria in effect on Gram-negative bacteria, but Enterococcus is resistant to it. Others such as Actinomyces, Bacillus anthracis, Listeria monocytogenes, Clostridium, Nocardia, etc. are also sensitive to this product. This product has certain antibacterial activity against Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Neisseria meningitidis, but penicillin-resistant gonococci are also resistant to tetracycline. This product has no antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It has a certain antibacterial effect on some anaerobic bacteria, but it is far less effective than metronidazole, clindamycin and chloramphenicol, so it is not used clinically. Due to the widespread use of tetracyclines for many years, common clinical pathogens, including Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus and Gram-negative bacteria such as Enterobacter, have serious tetracycline resistance, and there is cross-resistance between similar varieties. The mechanism of action of this product is that the drug can specifically bind to the A position of the 30S subunit of the bacterial ribosome, preventing the binding of aminoacyl-tRNA at this position, thereby inhibiting the growth of peptide linkages and affecting the synthesis of bacterial proteins.

Erythromycin Estolate

This product belongs to the macrolide antibiotics, which is the dodecyl sulfate of erythromycin propionate. It has antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus, various groups of streptococci and Gram-positive bacilli. Neisseria, Haemophilus influenzae, Bordetella pertussis, etc. may also be sensitive to this product. This product also has antibacterial activity against various anaerobic bacteria except Bacteroides fragilis and Fusobacterium; it also has inhibitory effects on Legionella, Campylobacter fetus, some spirochetes, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Rickettsia and Chlamydia. This product is an antibacterial agent, but it also has a bactericidal effect on some bacteria at high concentrations. This product can pass through the bacterial cell membrane and reversibly bind to the 50S subunit of the bacterial ribosome near the donor site (P site), blocking the transfer RNA (t-RNA) binding to the P site, and also blocking the displacement of the polypeptide chain from the acceptor site (A site) to the P site, thereby inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis. This product is only effective against bacteria with active division.
