Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
Vecuronium bromide

This product is a monoquaternary ammonium steroid medium-acting non-depolarizing muscle relaxant, similar in structure to pancuronium bromide, which blocks conduction between nerve endings and striated muscles by competing with acetylcholine for nicotinic receptors located at the motor end plate of striated muscles. Intravenous injection of 0.08-0.1mg/kg produces significant effects within 1 minute, reaches a peak in 3-5 minutes, and lasts for 30-90 minutes. The muscle relaxant effect is 3 times stronger than that of tubocurarine chloride; it has no vagal nerve blocking effect and is suitable for patients with myocardial ischemia and heart disease, but the use of vagal excitatory drugs and β-receptor blockers is prone to bradycardia. This product has a weak histamine release effect, and bronchospasm and allergic reactions are rare.
