Docetaxel
Docetaxel is a paclitaxel anti-tumor drug that exerts its anti-tumor effect by interfering with the microtubule network necessary for cell mitosis and interphase cell function. Docetaxel can bind to free tubulin, promote tubulin assembly into stable microtubules, and inhibit its depolymerization, resulting in the production of microtubule bundles that have lost their normal functions and the fixation of microtubules, thereby inhibiting cell mitosis. The binding of docetaxel to microtubules does not change the number of protofilaments. This is different from most spindle toxic drugs currently used in clinical practice.

Choline cytosine diphosphate monosodium salt
It promotes brain metabolism and improves brain circulation by reducing cerebrovascular resistance and increasing cerebral blood flow. It also enhances the function of the ascending activation system of the brainstem reticular structure, the function of the pyramidal system, improves motor paralysis, and promotes the recovery of brain function and awakening.

Thiamine chloride
It combines with adenosine triphosphate to form vitamin B1 pyrophosphate (thiamine diphosphate, cocarboxylase), which is a coenzyme necessary for carbohydrate metabolism; it can inhibit the activity of cholinesterase. When it is deficient, the activity of cholinesterase is enhanced, the hydrolysis of acetylcholine is accelerated, causing nerve impulse conduction disorders, and affecting gastrointestinal and myocardial function.
