Erythromycin Estolate
This product belongs to the macrolide antibiotics, which is the dodecyl sulfate of erythromycin propionate. It has antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus, various groups of streptococci and Gram-positive bacilli. Neisseria, Haemophilus influenzae, Bordetella pertussis, etc. may also be sensitive to this product. This product also has antibacterial activity against various anaerobic bacteria except Bacteroides fragilis and Fusobacterium; it also has inhibitory effects on Legionella, Campylobacter fetus, some spirochetes, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Rickettsia and Chlamydia. This product is an antibacterial agent, but it also has a bactericidal effect on some bacteria at high concentrations. This product can pass through the bacterial cell membrane and reversibly bind to the 50S subunit of the bacterial ribosome near the donor site (P site), blocking the transfer RNA (t-RNA) binding to the P site, and also blocking the displacement of the polypeptide chain from the acceptor site (A site) to the P site, thereby inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis. This product is only effective against bacteria with active division.

Lincomycin hydrochloride
It has high antibacterial activity against common aerobic Gram-positive bacteria, such as Staphylococcus aureus (including those resistant to penicillin G), Staphylococcus epidermidis, beta-hemolytic Streptococcus, viridans Streptococcus and Streptococcus pneumoniae. It has good antibacterial effect on anaerobic bacteria, including Clostridium diphtheriae, and Clostridium perfringens. It has no activity against Gram-negative bacteria such as enterococci, meningococci, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, and Haemophilus influenzae, as well as fungi. There is no cross-resistance between this product and penicillin, chloramphenicol, cephalosporins and tetracyclines, and there is partial cross-resistance with macrolides. It acts on the 50S subunit of the ribosome of sensitive bacteria, preventing the extension of the peptide chain, thereby inhibiting the protein synthesis of bacterial cells. It is generally an antibacterial agent, but at high concentrations, it also has a bactericidal effect on certain bacteria.

Cephalexin
Cephalexin is a first-generation cephalosporin with an antibacterial spectrum similar to that of cephalothin, but its antibacterial activity is poorer than that of the latter. Except for Enterococcus and methicillin-resistant Staphylococci, most strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae, hemolytic Streptococcus, and Staphylococcus aureus that produces or does not produce penicillinase are sensitive to this product. This product has a good antibacterial effect on Neisseria, but Haemophilus influenzae is less sensitive to this product; this product has a certain antibacterial effect on some Escherichia coli, Proteus mirabilis, Salmonella and Shigella. The remaining Enterobacteriaceae, Acinetobacter, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Bacteroides fragilis are resistant to this product. Fusobacterium and Veillonella are generally sensitive to this product, and anaerobic Gram-positive cocci are moderately sensitive to this product.

Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate
Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate is a ring-opening nucleoside phosphinated diester structural analog of adenosine monophosphate. Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate first needs to be converted into tenofovir by hydrolysis of the diester, and then phosphorylated by cellular enzymes to form tenofovir diphosphate, also known as a chain terminator. Tenofovir diphosphate inhibits the activity of HIV-1 reverse transcriptase and HBV reverse transcriptase by competing with the natural substrate 5'-deoxyadenosine triphosphate and terminating the DNA chain after integration with DNA. Tenofovir diphosphate is a weak inhibitor of mammalian DNA polymerase α, β and mitochondrial DNA polymerase γ.
