Nicotinic acid

Nicotinic acid is converted into nicotinamide in the body, and then combined with riboadenin to form nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (coenzyme I) and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (coenzyme II), which are necessary for lipid amino acid, protein, purine metabolism, tissue respiration oxidation and glycogenolysis. Nicotinic acid can reduce the utilization of coenzyme A; by inhibiting the synthesis of very low density lipoprotein (VLDL), it affects the transport of cholesterol in the blood. Large doses can reduce serum cholesterol and triglyceride concentrations. Nicotinic acid has a peripheral vasodilation effect.

Cephalexin Granules
The main ingredient of this product is cephalexin, and its chemical name is (6R,7R)-3-methyl-7-[(R)-2-amino-2-phenylacetylamino]-8-oxo-5-thia-1-azabicyclo[4.2.0]oct-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid monohydrate.

Cephalexin

Cephalexin is a first-generation cephalosporin with an antibacterial spectrum similar to that of cephalothin, but its antibacterial activity is poorer than that of the latter. Except for Enterococcus and methicillin-resistant Staphylococci, most strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae, hemolytic Streptococcus, and Staphylococcus aureus that produces or does not produce penicillinase are sensitive to this product. This product has a good antibacterial effect on Neisseria, but Haemophilus influenzae is less sensitive to this product; this product has a certain antibacterial effect on some Escherichia coli, Proteus mirabilis, Salmonella and Shigella. The remaining Enterobacteriaceae, Acinetobacter, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Bacteroides fragilis are resistant to this product. Fusobacterium and Veillonella are generally sensitive to this product, and anaerobic Gram-positive cocci are moderately sensitive to this product.

Aminophylline

It has a direct relaxant effect on respiratory smooth muscle; it increases intracellular cAMP partly by inhibiting phosphodiesterase, and it achieves bronchial dilation partly by releasing endogenous adrenaline and norepinephrine; as a purine receptor blocker, it can counteract the contractile effect of adenine and other substances on the respiratory tract; it enhances diaphragmatic contractility and improves respiratory function; it has a weak effect of relaxing coronary arteries, peripheral blood vessels and bile duct smooth muscles, and slightly increases cardiac contractility and has a diuretic effect.

It has a peripheral anti-M cholinergic receptor effect, can relieve smooth muscle spasms caused by acetylcholine, can also relieve microvascular spasms, improve microcirculation, relax gastrointestinal smooth muscle, and inhibit its peristalsis. Its effect is slightly weaker than atropine, and its effect of inhibiting digestive gland secretion is 1/10 of atropine. Its effect of inhibiting saliva secretion and dilating pupils is weaker, which is 1/20-1/10 of atropine. Because it is not easy to pass through the blood-cerebrospinal fluid barrier, its central effect is also weaker than atropine.
