A broad-spectrum antifungal drug that has good antibacterial effects on a variety of fungi, especially Candida albicans. Its mechanism of action is to inhibit the synthesis of fungal cell membranes and affect their metabolic processes.

It is a long-acting tricyclic antihistamine that competitively inhibits histamine H1 receptors and inhibits allergic symptoms caused by histamine. It has no obvious anticholinergic and central nervous system inhibitory effects. No obvious teratogenic effects were found in animal experiments.

This product is a highly effective and long-lasting tricyclic antihistamine, a selective peripheral H1 receptor antagonist, which can relieve various symptoms caused by allergic reactions.

It exerts antiplatelet and vasodilator effects by inhibiting the activity of phosphodiesterase in platelets and vascular smooth muscle, increasing the cAMP concentration in platelets and smooth muscle; inhibiting the initial and secondary platelet aggregation and release reactions induced by ADP, adrenaline, collagen and arachidonic acid; not interfering with the synthesis of vascular protective prostacyclin by vascular endothelial cells; and increasing tissue blood flow in the foot and gastrocnemius muscles in patients with chronic arterial occlusion, thereby increasing the lower limb blood pressure index, skin blood flow and skin temperature of the limbs, and improving intermittent claudication.
