| NETILMICIN |
This product is a semi-synthetic aminoglycoside antibiotic with strong antibacterial activity against aerobic Gram-negative bacteria. It has good antibacterial effects on Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, indole-negative and -positive Proteus, Klebsiella, Acinetobacter, Citrobacter, and some strains of Serratia and Enterobacter. It also has good antibacterial effects on Mycobacterium tuberculosis, atypical mycobacteria and Staphylococcus aureus (enzyme-producing and non-enzyme-producing strains). Other Gram-positive bacteria (including fecal streptococci), anaerobic bacteria, Rickettsia, fungi and viruses are not sensitive to this product. This product is stable to aminoglycoside acetyltransferase AAC (3), and strains that can produce this enzyme and are resistant to kanamycin, gentamicin, tobramycin and sisomicin are sensitive to this product. This product can often achieve synergistic effects when used in combination with beta-lactams. The mechanism of action of this product is to bind to the 30S subunit of the bacterial ribosome and inhibit the synthesis of bacterial proteins. Animal test data indicate that this product has lower ototoxicity than gentamicin and tobramycin, and lower nephrotoxicity than gentamicin.

Pentoxifylline and its metabolites can reduce blood viscosity and improve blood rheology. The exact mechanism of action has not yet been determined. Pentoxifylline has the effect of reducing blood viscosity, increasing red blood cell deformability, improving the blood rheology of white blood cells in a dose-dependent manner, and can inhibit the adhesion and activation of neutrophils. For patients with chronic peripheral arterial vascular disease, this product can increase blood flow, improve microcirculation and increase oxygen supply to tissues.

| Pantoprazole Sodium |
This product acts specifically on the gastric mucosal parietal cells, reducing the activity of H/KATPase in the parietal cells, thereby inhibiting the secretion of gastric acid. Compared with omeprazole and lansoprazole, this product has a weaker inhibitory effect on cytochrome P450-dependent enzymes. No adverse effects were found in either short-term or long-term administration of pantoprazole. This drug is non-carcinogenic, does not impair fertility, and does not induce teratogenesis. After 2.5 years of continuous medication, there were no changes in various experimental parameters of liver enzymology and cholesterol metabolism.
