Thymopentin for injection

Cellular immunomodulatory drugs have the function of inducing T cell differentiation, promoting the development, maturation and activation of T lymphocyte subsets, and can regulate the proportion of each lymphocyte subset to make it tend to normal.

(1) Chronic hepatitis B; (2) Various primary or secondary T cell deficiency diseases (such as congenital immunodeficiency in children). (3) Certain autoimmune diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, childhood bronchial asthma and asthmatic bronchitis, etc.). (4) Various diseases with low cellular immune function (such as viral hepatitis, prevention of upper respiratory tract infections, stubborn oral ulcers, etc.). (5) Adjuvant treatment of tumors.

For intramuscular injection, dissolve in 1 ml of sterile water for injection before use; or dissolve in 250 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection and drip intravenously at a slow rate. Take 1 vial at a time, 1 to 2 times a day, 15 to 30 days as a course of treatment, or follow the doctor's advice.

(1) Good tolerance, with some patients experiencing adverse reactions such as nausea, fever, dizziness, chest tightness, and weakness. A few patients may occasionally experience drowsiness. (2) When used by patients with chronic hepatitis B, ALT levels may rise temporarily. If there are no signs of liver failure, this product can still be used.

This product is contraindicated in patients who have allergic reactions to it and those who require immunosuppression in the early stages of organ transplantation.

This product can be used in combination with many commonly used drugs, including interferon, anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics, hormones, analgesics, antihypertensive drugs, diuretics, drugs for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, central nervous system drugs, and contraceptives, without any interference. 2. This product can be used in combination with interferon to have a synergistic effect on improving immune function.
