Etazocine Hydrobromide Injection

Indication

Used for analgesia after various cancers and surgeries.

Adverse Reactions

1. Serious adverse reactions (1) Shock (incidence less than 0.1%): Although shock rarely occurs, patients should be carefully observed during treatment. If this phenomenon occurs, the drug should be discontinued immediately and appropriate measures should be taken. (2) Respiratory depression, chest tightness (incidence 0.1-5%): Occasionally, there may be mild respiratory depression or chest tightness. If these symptoms occur, appropriate measures should be taken (oxygen inhalation or artificial respiration if necessary) or dimorphamide should be taken. Taking allyl levomorphine and lobeline is ineffective. (3) Drug dependence: Continuous use of large doses of this product may increase the risk of drug dependence. It should not be overdosed and should be administered with caution. Sudden discontinuation of the drug after continuous large doses may cause withdrawal syndrome symptoms such as tremor, nausea, palpitations, coldness or insomnia.

Precautions

1. People with severe respiratory depression. 2. People with craniocerebral trauma or intracranial disease prone to coma. 3. People with increased intracranial pressure. 4. People who are allergic to the ingredients in this product.
