Function and Efficacy
Aclarubicin is a new anthracycline antitumor antibiotic, which has strong antitumor activity against various transplanted animal tumors such as L310, P388, Ehlrich ascites carcinoma, Lewis lung cancer, S100 sarcoma, B16 melanoma, CDF8 and C3H breast cancer. This product can inhibit the biomacromolecule synthesis of cancer cells, especially the inhibition of RNA synthesis. This product has certain cardiotoxicity and bone marrow suppression effects on experimental animals, but the effects are reversible. This product has reproductive toxicity.

Appearance
This product is yellow or light orange frozen loose mass.
Indication
Acute leukemia, malignant lymphoma, and can also be tried for other solid malignant tumors.
Usage and Dosage
Before use, dissolve with sodium chloride injection or 5% glucose injection, and inject intravenously or drip. Leukemia and lymphoma: 15-20 mg/day, for 7-10 days, and can be repeated after an interval of 2-3 weeks. Solid tumors: 30-40 mg/time, twice a week, for 4-8 weeks. This product can also be used in combination with other anticancer drugs.
Adverse Reactions
The main adverse reactions were gastrointestinal reactions and bone marrow suppression. A few patients experienced mild hair loss, and some patients developed fever, phlebitis, cardiac toxicity, and abnormal liver and kidney function.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients with abnormal heart, liver, or kidney function or a history of severe heart disease.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: This product has reproductive toxicity. Pregnant women must fully weigh the pros and cons before using this product. Lactating women should stop breastfeeding during medication. Precautions for the elderly: Due to the decline of physiological renal function, the dosage and medication interval of this product need to be adjusted.
